Our Vision: Standardisation of imaging parameters to personalise treatment and reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease

The Institute for Experimental and Translational Cardiovascular Imaging is part of the Medical Faculty of Goethe University Frankfurt, Frankfurt am Main. The institute is dedicated to translational clinical research of cardiovascular imaging biomarkers bringing the best imaging methods into clinical practice to improve patient outcomes. The Institute’s Clinical Trial Unit supports our research and our research partners with the planning, coordination and execution of non-commercial clinical trials (investigator-initiated research studies) either as the study sponsor or a cooperative partner providing imaging core lab services and quality control. This undertaking is made possible due to the support of and cooperation with our funders.
